Roger Schmid has been a close family friend for many years, at least 15 or more. In my time knowing him, he has shown to have excellent knowledge of the Saskatoon market, has been a loyal friend, and most importantly had our trust long before we even started the home buying process. I selected Roger Schmid because I knew he had a strong history selling Chalet gardens condos. He sold the original condos in the building back in 1993. He knew the market. He had a great reputation with the condo building manager. He clearly saw the value in off the street walk ins and was willing to hold open houses. I had met him before and he was confident and pleasant to work with.

Roger and Jenna worked hard holding open houses every weekend. They kept me informed by text before open houses and sent me feedback after every showing. They were extremely efficient at sending documents to me by email. They were efficient will all aspects of the closure including working with my lawyer. They sold the condo in less than a month in very difficult market conditions for condos in Saskatoon.
